we've decided to acquire a 4-room HDB flat frm govt at Kang Ching Road (Taman Jurong)
yups.sept 08 balloting exercise starts nw til 9th oct. Avaliable locations : AMK, Central, Jurong West, Kallang, Queenstown.
& baby & i resolve at Jurong west since its near his parents hm (2mins walk) n e probability & possibility is higher. Also cuz we've lived at Jurong for ur whole life alr, dun wana shift 2 sum ulu,inconvenient & dissociate areas. Anyways, e HBD is juz 4mins walk 2 Lakeside Mrt, save on bus fares eh? LOL
here's e map location.there'll b 5blocks consisting of 3rms, 4rms, 5rms. Desire to get Blk 339B as its a mixture of 4rms & 5rms. bt of course,dis blk is e most exp blog among e 5blks avaliable =X
juz a mere level of 9th wif floor area of 92sqm cost SGD 244,700.00!!
okays,we'll gg worry abt e fiancial prob nw...baby's stil 2nd yr in NTU (2 and 1/2yrs to graduate), i'm workin wif a mere salary though takin up tuition...bt i'm gg persue my degree in april too... MONEY MONEY MONEY!! ahhhHHhhhhhhhhhhh!!
here's e price range for 3rms,4rms,5rms at Jurong West (Kang CHing Road).. don b deceive by e lowest range cuz its bloody for level 2 & 3 onli!! level above 8 is so damn exp!! =(
here's e layout of a level of Blk 339B, 6units (yellow r 4rms, green r 5rms) on a level. e layout is so pretty n neat.
& e most impt, e Flat interior layout!! am quite satisfied wif e interior layout, its nt L-shape =), more of a square shape.

i'm feelin so EXLUTENT,BLISSFUL, finally soon we're gettin our OWN FLATS!! hehe
